Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Lowlighter

I’ve used it as a final step over foundation and also on bare skin, and that soft-focus blur effect is real without ever looking flat or powdery. It gives just the right amount of sheen for a lit-from-within finish that lasts through my whole workday.

The balm melts right into my skin and leaves that soft, lit-from-within glow without any shimmer fallout. I dabbed it on my cheekbones and it blurred my pores better than I expected for a highlighter.
